Replacement or Refund: All claims regarding invalid codes are subject to our specific Return and Exchange Policy (please refer to the separate policy provided, which requires notification within 48 hours and submission of proof).
Customer Responsibility: Once the code has been successfully delivered via email, the customer becomes responsible for the security and safeguarding of that code. KeyPass.shop is not liable for lost codes or their unauthorized use by a third party after delivery.
